Welcome to Inner Harmony
Inner Harmony is a bespoke program individually tailored to each person. It uses a range of tools and modalities from Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to Holistic Counselling and Life Coaching, to help you explore personal issues and concerns in a way that honours your unique way of thinking and being. These sessions support personal awareness and change and give you an opportunity to play with ideas and options in a safe, supportive environment.
If life feels overwhelming and out of your control, fear and anxiety about your own abilities plague you and keep you stuck, or you just can’t summon motivation, drive and passion for life no matter how hard you try, then Inner Harmony will help you see things clearly and find yourself amongst it all.
It is a mind, body, spirit approach that brings awareness to who you are and where you are at, allows a release of the emotions that are blocking you from moving forward, and creates excitement and inspiration for your future.

The Inner Harmony Method
Over the years I came across certain tools that helped me through challenging times. I found them so effective that I went and trained in them so that I too could help others.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Also known as Tapping, EFT is a therapeutic technique that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, modern psychology and energy healing to help individuals release emotional blockages, reduce stress and promote emotional healing. It is often used to treat a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, such as anxiety, trauma, phobias, stress and limiting beliefs.

Meditation and Breathwork
Practices that focus on cultivating mindfulness, relaxation and inner peace. Together, they can enhance mental clarity, emotional well-being and physical health.

Holistic Counselling
An approach to therapy that considers the whole person—mind, body and spirit—rather than just focusing on specific symptoms or issues. It integrates different therapeutic techniques to help individuals address their emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

Life Coaching
Having someone encourage you to see things from a different angle, motivate and make you accountable to take action really helps you move forward and create what you want in life.
How it works
Each session in Inner Harmony is designed to meet you where you are—your needs, your struggles, your goals.
You begin by filling out a pre-session questionnaire which helps me understand your present experience, what you would most like to focus on and your desired intention/outcome.
Depending on your needs, your sessions may include:

EFT to release out-of-date negative thoughts and emotion related to past events

Talk therapy to connect the dots between your experiences

Coaching/goal and action setting to get you started on where you want to go

Intuitive development exercises so you can learn to trust your inner voice

Meditation and breathing exercises to reduce stress and calm your nervous system

We may also pull in tarot, oracle cards or numerology for guidance or discuss flower remedies, colour therapy and crystals to support you (if that's your kind of thing).
You can also add in an exploration of your birth chart to see how astrology is influencing your current state (additional time and cost).


The number of sessions you have and their frequency is up to you—everyone is different with unique situations. You might feel that one session is all you need or that you’d like a few more. Sessions purchased as part of a package are to be used within 12 months and payment plans are available.

What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as 'tapping'. It’s a simple yet powerful method that involves gently tapping on specific acupuncture points while focusing on an emotion, memory or belief. This helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety and release emotional blocks that may be holding you back.
Does EFT hurt?
Not at all. EFT is a gentle and non-invasive practice. It involves lightly tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on an emotional issue. Most people find it calming and soothing—and many even report feeling immediate relief, clarity or emotional release after a session.
What can I expect in a session?
Every session is tailored to you and what you're currently experiencing. Depending on your needs, we might use EFT to release emotional blocks, talk therapy for insight and clarity and breathwork or meditation to calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation.
Do I need experience with yoga, EFT or counselling to benefit?
Not at all. No prior experience is necessary. All practices are guided gently and explained clearly, so you feel supported and at ease every step of the way.
Is a birth chart reading included?
If you'd like to include astrology in your session, you can book an Inner Combo. This will incorporate a look at your current transits—the planetary influences affecting your present situation. It’s not a full birth chart reading, but it can offer valuable insight into what’s unfolding for you right now.
If you're after a deeper, more detailed exploration of your birth chart, I recommend booking an Inner Astrology session instead.
How do I know how many sessions I need?
A single session is great for clarity or working through a specific issue. If you're ready to explore deeper patterns or challenges, the 3-session package allows time for insight and momentum. The 6-session package supports lasting transformation and consistent support as you make meaningful changes. You can always book in for one session and upgrade to a package if you feel you'd like to continue.
Are sessions available online or in person?
Sessions are available online via Zoom, so you can experience Inner Harmony from the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions may also be available—please reach out to confirm availability.
What do I need for an Inner Harmony session?
A quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection and a bottle of water. You may also like to have a journal or notebook for reflections, tissues and a cozy blanket nearby.
Are Inner Harmony sessions recorded?
Generally I don't record Inner Harmony sessions. However if we are doing a guided meditation or something else you would like to listen back to later you can request to record it to your own device.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! You can use PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout to split your payment into four interest-free instalments. If you’d like to organise a different type of payment plan for 3 or 6 session bundles, feel free to reach out directly—I’m happy to work with you to find an option that fits.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible. The cancellation fees are as follows:

Within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
