General
By undertaking an astrology reading, holistic counselling, EFT session, workshop or course with Tanya Wasylewski you accept that all information provided and advice given is a suggestion. It is up to you to consider whether this suits your personal circumstances and to decide your own course of action. We are not responsible for and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any action or decision taken in reliance upon information contained in your session or on this website. Our fees are in consideration of our time and expertise regardless of the therapeutic outcome.
Your sessions with Tanya Wasylewski are not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before commencing any treatment or if you have any questions related to your mental or physical health, physical fitness, or medical conditions. We recommend that you do not stop or alter any treatment you are currently receiving without prior consent of your doctor or mental health advisor, especially if you are taking prescription medications.
Tanya Wasylewski is not a financial advisor and will not give advice on the stock market, shares, property, superannuation or anything else related to investments. You should see a relevant financial professional for specific advice for your personal circumstances.
Each client is considered on an individual basis and acceptance into and continuation of astrology/coaching sessions is entirely at the discretion of Tanya Wasylewski. No reason for declining or continuing working with a client need be given. Any individual who is under the influence of substances, including alcohol or drugs on the day of the session, will not be seen or treated.
Payment and refund policy
All fees must be paid in full prior to each session.
Fees and promotions are at the discretion of Tanya Wasylewski and may change without notice.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Within 48 hours of appointment time: 50% of fee
Within 24 hours of appointment time: 100% of fee
No show: 100% of fee
For multiple session bundles
Sessions purchased as part of a package are to be used within 12 months of purchase.
When purchasing a multiple session bundle by a payment plan, the client commits to completing the payment plan.
Standard appointment cancellation fees apply.
Workshops and events
Unless otherwise stated on the event, no refunds will be given if people can no longer attend a workshop or event, whether in-person or online. Tickets may be transferred to another person.

Rescheduling
Clients are encouraged to reschedule as soon as possible if they are unable to make their appointment time.
Clients are able to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled time via TidyCal. If an unexpected event occurs on the day of their appointment which means they can no longer attend, they need to advise of their inability to make their appointment and request a new time by emailing hello@tanyawasylewski.com.
Note: there may be occasions, due to scheduling conflicts, when we need to arrange an alternative time for your appointment slot. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time, should this be necessary.
Late shows
Your scheduled time is reserved for you. If you are more than five minutes late to your appointment we will not make up the missed time as this impacts clients who have booked in after you.
Post-session availability
In the case of ongoing sessions booked as part of the Inner Harmony bundle, clients are able to contact Tanya Wasylewski between sessions via email to ask questions and receive further support. Tanya Wasylewski endeavours to reply to each contact within 24 hours of receiving it. The exclusion to this is after 1pm Saturday through to 9am Monday, when she is unavailable (i.e. if a query is sent after 1pm on Saturday it will not be responded to until after 9am on Monday).
For one-off sessions, clients are able to email Tanya Wasylewski once within 7 days of their appointment to ask for clarification about something that was raised during the session. If they require further guidance after this they are encouraged to book in for another session.
Privacy
Information required to generate a Birth Chart includes: Date of Birth, Time of Birth and Place of Birth.
Clients need to provide this information prior to an astrology, Inner Combo session and select workshops, courses and events.
All personal details are confidential deleted in accordance with the relevant privacy laws once the client finishes working with Tanya Wasylewski.
One-on-one sessions are recorded for the purposes of the client being able to refer back to the session at a later date. The client can record this themselves and save a local file to their own computer. If the client cannot record for technical reasons, Tanya Wasylewski will do so and send the recording link to the client who can then download it for their own reference. The recording will be deleted from Zoom 3 months after the original appointment date. Tanya Wasylewski does not share or post recordings publicly, unless explicit permission has been sought from the client.
